Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end vendor accreditation process.

• Acquire, evaluate, and onboard high-performing vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Lead due diligence and review vendor credentials, compliance, and capabilities.

About the role

Lead the end-to-end vendor accreditation process, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management to maintain a robust, reliable vendor network for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce and lead the vendor accreditation process in accordance with established policies and standards
• Manage sourcing activities for required equipment, goods, and service providers across operations
• Continuously acquire, evaluate, and onboard high-performing vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Lead due diligence and review prospective vendor credentials, legal compliance, and operational capabilities
• Monitor and audit ongoing vendor performance to ensure contract compliance, quality, and SLA adherence

About you

• 3+ years in Vendor Accreditation, Vendor Management, or Procurement (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in SAP (filings, vendor master data, documentation) and MS Office applications
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
