Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking a Vehicle Operations Control Associate for the Vehicle Logistics Department – Distribution Planning and Control Section, based at the Santa Rosa Vehicle Center.

The role focuses on monitoring and improving vehicle distribution operations to ensure timely delivery from ports, TMP facilities, and dealerships, while driving continuous improvement through the Toyota Way.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, distribution planning, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Mansioni

Monitor and control day-to-day vehicle distribution operations to ensure delivery targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (port operators, shipping lines, transport carriers) for timely movement.
Monitor handling and transportation activities to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
Consolidate and report delivery performance, abnormalities, and process issues; update end-of-shift results.
