Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking an Operations Control Associate to join the Vehicle Logistics Department – Distribution Planning and Control Section at the Santa Rosa Vehicle Center. The role focuses on monitoring and improving vehicle distribution operations and coordinating with LSPs to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or distribution planning is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control day-to-day vehicle distribution operations to meet delivery targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers to ensure timely and accurate vehicle movement.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Identify gaps and drive Kaizen initiatives to improve processes and standardize operations.
• Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement projects.
