Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking an Operations Control Associate for the Vehicle Logistics Department – Distribution Planning and Control, based at the Santa Rosa Vehicle Center.

The role focuses on monitoring, controlling, and improving vehicle distribution to ensure timely deliveries from ports, TMP facilities, and dealerships while working with LSPs and internal stakeholders to uphold safety and quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, distribution planning, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Monitor and control day-to-day vehicle distribution operations to achieve delivery targets and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers, port operators, shipping lines, and transport carriers for timely vehicle movement.
• Monitor vehicle handling to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report daily delivery performance, abnormalities, and process issues.
• Track operational performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct Performance Evaluations (PEVs) of LSPs based on KPIs.
• Perform process observation to verify compliance with SOPs and project requirements.
• Identify gaps and pursue Kaizen opportunities to improve processes.
• Create process maps and flowcharts and develop standard operating procedures.
• Handle special projects and organizational initiatives.
