Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking a Vehicle Operations Control Associate for the Vehicle Logistics Department – Distribution Planning and Control Section at the Santa Rosa Vehicle Center.

You will monitor and improve vehicle distribution operations, coordinate with LSPs, and report performance while ensuring safety, quality, and timely deliveries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant logistics exposure is advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, distribution planning, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Monitor and control day-to-day vehicle distribution operations to achieve delivery targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers, port operators, shipping lines, and carriers for timely vehicle movement.
• Monitor handling and transport activities to ensure safety, quality, and standards.
• Consolidate and report delivery performance and issues; track KPIs and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform process observation to verify compliance with procedures and requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities through data analysis and field observations; initiate Kaizen activities.
• Create process maps and SOPs to standardize operations; participate in special projects.
