Job summary

You will collaborate with IT teams, perform testing, provide L2/L3 support, and document architecture and deployment procedures to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in VB.NET application development and production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform impact analysis for new requirements, system changes, and production issues.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using VB.NET and related Microsoft technologies.
• Enhance existing application functionality based on business requirements and change requests.
• Conduct unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for incidents, service requests, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, deployment procedures, and support guides.
