Job summary

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing and testing software, providing L2/L3 support, and creating technical documentation while ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs. Onsite in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of VB.NET development, maintenance and production support.
• Experience in banking/financial services preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform impact analysis for new requirements, system changes, and production issues.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using VB.NET and related Microsoft technologies.
• Enhance existing application functionality based on business requirements and change requests.
• Conduct unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for incidents, service requests, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, deployment procedures, and support guides.
