Job summary

Total Information Management Corp. in the Philippines seeks a VAS Operations and Service Governance Specialist to oversee end-to-end VAS provisioning, governance, upgrades, renewals, and terminations.

You will coordinate with customers, telcos, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data. The role supports commercial activities, cost optimization, and reporting, while maintaining compliance with governance standards and driving revenue assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Administration/Management.
• At least 1 year of experience as a provisioning specialist.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end VAS provisioning, including reviewing requests and activating services within SLA targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, telcos, vendors, and data centers to ensure timely delivery and capacity enhancements.
• Monitor provisioning, activation, and upgrade progress, track timelines, escalate delays, and maintain records.
• Issue Certificates of Completion and ensure proper turnover and documentation.
• Process commercial requests for renewals, service changes, discounts, and capacity increases with PRs, RFQs, and SOFs.
• Support Sales and Product teams with quotations, costing, vendor engagements, and escalations.
• Administer full VAS lifecycle: renewals, documentation, terminations, and records of active/renewed/terminated services.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance through master data management, invoice validation, and audits.
• Monitor dashboards, generate reports, identify discrepancies, and provide management with accurate data.
• Drive revenue assurance and cost optimization through rebates, vendor negotiations, re-rating, and billing validation.
