Job summary

VITRO, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance & Process Support professional in Metro Manila to help implement and maintain IT governance aligned with ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards. You will assist in ITSM lifecycle processes, asset management, and access controls while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role covers data governance, policy compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and security across IT functions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IT governance frameworks ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
• Experience developing, implementing, or supporting ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management, Identity and Access Management, and audit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance, ITSM, asset and access management processes.
• Assist documentation, audits, and reviews of IT services.
• Monitor SLA compliance, MTTR, and backlog metrics.
• Assist Data Governance lifecycle compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate access provisioning/removal with system owners.
