Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years in a team lead or assistant team lead role.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across platforms.
• On-site location: Taguig, Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Lead CMG JBS team members and drive a high-performance culture where KPIs are consistently achieved/exceeded.
• Ensure all CMG JBS within the group understand and follow JLL’s processes.
• Provide superior client service and role model leadership behaviours for the team.
• Work with Operations to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Report and understand key insights on KPI metrics.
