Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a capable leader to head the CMG JBS Valuation Reports Support Team on-site. You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring workflow and KPIs are met while delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities include quality assurance, process improvement, stakeholder management and coaching of CMG JBS Members within a safe, compliant environment. A management qualification and real estate knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, MS Windows and Internet.
• Knowledge of PriceFinder, SAI Global, Valuation Exchange and Totom.
• Experience with stakeholder relationships and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the CMG JBS team to meet workflow requirements.
• Supervise team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Maintain client and valuation system updates and reports.
• Identify process improvements with Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching and training to CMG JBS Members.
