Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Team Lead, Booking Team, Valuations Business Support to supervise CMG JBS Members, coordinate recruitment and induction, and ensure ongoing training and performance management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
2–3 years of experience in a team lead or assistant team lead role.
Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to lead across multiple time zones.
Analytical data review experience.
Experience in valuations/real estate discipline is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead CMG JBS Team Members and drive a high-performance culture with KPIs.
Ensure all CMG JBS within the group understand and follow JLL's processes.
Provide role-model leadership and a courteous, supportive service to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Coordinate and deliver coaching, mentoring and training for CMG JBS Members.
Monitor performance, manage time, and ensure timely completion of valuation workflows.
