Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA.
• CA/CFA/CPA designation a plus.
• 6–9 years valuations and financial advisory experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of corporate finance and valuation methods.
• Experience with investment firms and PV/VC funds preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements and build/review valuation models.
• Manage client relationships and staffing for engagements.
• Mentor analysts and provide trainings.
• Support practice development and business development.
