The role spans Market Conformity Control, Exotic Trade Review, and Technical Valuations, with emphasis on Python-based solution development and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Finance or equivalent; further professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, CPA, CFA, FRM) or Master's is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of financial markets products (Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, and Derivatives) with understanding of trading strategies and regulatory environment
• Previous work on programming or data analytics is preferred
• Strong control mind-set and analytical, problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates motivation and ability to think critically and navigate problems independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting with senior stakeholders across locations
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure responsible use of data and AI outputs

Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate potential off-market exceptions to Front Office and other key functions
• Ensure exotic trade terms are represented in trade booking securities
• Identify control gaps in trading and booking practices with 1LOD stakeholders
• Serve as main point of contact for issue management and escalations
• Regularly review methodologies amidst a dynamic market environment
• Take ownership of change initiatives involving Technology and Strats teams
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives in processes and controls
• Design, develop and implement Python-based valuation and risk management solutions
