Job summary

Kroll is seeking a VP/Manager in Fund Solutions to support complex fund liquidation and wind-down engagements across jurisdictions. This role is based in India and collaborates with global teams in the U.S., Europe, and APAC to deliver high-quality advisory across asset managers and institutional investors.

Qualifications

• At least 6–7 years of relevant experience.
• A relevant accounting or investment qualification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and working with multiple teams across Kroll to ensure deadlines are met and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Review the work of junior team members and manage workflow across projects.
• Review fund documentation to identify constraints and obligations.
• Draft liquidation strategy memos, investor updates, and board communications.
• Oversee progression of Fund Solutions and Restructuring projects.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
