Kroll is seeking an Analyst to support the Indian Restructuring business. The position will be based in Mumbai or Delhi and will ultimately report to the Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice.

An Analyst will be responsible for the various day-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business and for ensuring deadlines are met. Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research.

Formación

• 2-3 years of post-graduate professional work experience.
• Finance or commercial experience in audit, management accounting or similar.
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance/economics with strong academic record.
• Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research
• Liaise with and provide feedback to company stakeholders, lenders, legal counsels, employees and directors
• Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications
• To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.
• To take ownership of work assignments and manage their own workload.
• To keep line managers apprised on progress.
• To assist and support other members of the team as required.
• To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach.
• The job may involve travel to clients’ sites, away from the Office.

Requirements

2-3 year’s post-graduate professional work experience.

Financial or commercial experience in audit, management accounting or similar preferred.

MBA, Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a concentration in Finance) from an accredited college or university

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar.

Strong academic track record.

Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
