Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will design journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces while collaborating with product, business, and tech teams to ensure usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities include creating flows, validating designs through user research, and using tools like Figma, Jira, and Taleo to manage deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in UX, Product or Interaction Design.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools such as Jira and Taleo.
• Strong understanding of UI design, IA, user journeys and responsive/mobile-native experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver user experience designs, journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design and optimize user flows to improve usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into digital experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and design validation to identify user needs and improve effectiveness.
• Utilize design tools (Figma) and PM platforms (Jira, Taleo) to manage deliverables across channels.
