Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves creating user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with business goals and customer needs.

You will collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to ensure usability, accessibility, and design consistency across channels, contributing to engaging digital experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• At least 2 years of UX/Product/Interaction design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with Jira and Taleo.

Responsibilities

• Create user experience designs, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design and optimize user flows and interaction patterns to improve usability.
• Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Use Figma and Jira/Taleo to manage design deliverables and support implementation.
