Account It Right in Manila is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design team, crafting intuitive experiences across our mobile and web products. You will collaborate with developers and marketers to translate business needs into visually appealing and functional designs.

The role requires strong portfolio, user-centered design expertise, and excellent communication to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Relevant experience or a strong design portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user goals, preferences, and pain points.
Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to visualize the user experience and inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design mockups that effectively communicate the desired user interface and user experience.
