Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior UX/UI & Product Experience Designer to lead end-to-end design across complex enterprise platforms, partnering with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver human-centered, scalable digital solutions.

You will own research, service blueprinting, high-fidelity prototyping, and design system governance, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring design excellence across B2B fintech contexts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, fintech platforms, or complex B2B applications is highly beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UX activities for large, complex B2B features and enterprise modules from ideation to UI delivery.
• Create artefacts: user flows, service blueprints, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI specifications.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on complex interactions and ensure smooth hand-off to engineering.
• Drive design system governance and alignment with enterprise Design Principles.
• Mentor associate designers and run design reviews to raise team capabilities.
