Job summary

Account It Right in Manila is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design team and craft intuitive experiences for mobile and web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to translate business and user needs into visually appealing and functional designs.

Responsibilities include user research, creating personas, flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate UI/UX effectively across digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; relevant experience or strong portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design; interaction design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user goals and pain points.
• Create user personas, flows, and journey maps to visualize user experience and inform design decisions.
