Emapta is seeking a UX Designer to shape digital experiences in healthcare, leading research, strategy, and execution to deliver intuitive products with measurable impact. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product design, UX design, UX research, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of user experience best practices, UI design standards, and user-testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to understand and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to deliver impactful solutions.
• Confidence in navigating uncertainty and adapting design methodologies to different problem areas.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through execution and adoption.
• Inform product strategy by identifying user needs and translating insights into effective solutions.
• Develop scalable processes for high-quality user research and product design.
• Design product improvements that directly enhance experiences for patients, clinical staff, and nonclinical staff.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to guide product design decisions.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and product opportunities.
• Create essential UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, clinical staff, and stakeholders across the organization.
