Position Overview

We are looking for a Mid UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the design process from concept to execution, creating user-centered designs for both web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership – Own the design process from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile apps.
• User Research & Testing – Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and apply findings to improve UX.
• Wireframing & Prototyping – Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate ideas.
• Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Design Systems – Build and maintain style guides and design systems for product consistency.
• User Advocacy – Balance user needs with business objectives to deliver engaging solutions.
• Mentorship – Support and guide junior designers with feedback and best practices.

Continuous Learning – Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design methodology.
• Attention to detail with clean, organized design files.
• Experience working with or maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design ideas effectively.

Nice to Have

• Background in a startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working closely with developers.
