• Create wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and workflows to visualize and validate design concepts.
• Conduct UX research to identify user pain points and propose solutions that enhance usability.
• Analyze and document the root causes of UX and usability issues, providing clear solutions rather than just identifying symptoms.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on modern interface trends, design libraries, and best practices to improve UI/UX standards.
• Present design concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical team members, demonstrating leadership and strong communication skills.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UI/UX Designer in an Agile environment, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers.

• Possesses a portfolio demonstrating at least 1+ yrs of experience in UX design demonstrating expertise.
