Job summary

HRTX is seeking a skilled copywriter and content specialist to develop engaging employer branding content for job ads, landing pages, and social posts. The role involves tailoring messaging for LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Threads, and other platforms, and turning healthcare role requirements into relatable messages.

You will partner with recruitment and design teams, produce light media assets with Canva CapCut, and monitor trends to optimize campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in writing, copywriting, or content roles.
• Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding content.
• Excellent English communication and ability to adapt writing styles.
• Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, and other social platforms.
• Experience supporting organic or paid social media campaigns.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, content testing, and campaign metrics.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Healthcare/clinical talent market experience is a plus.
• Recruitment advertising or employer branding experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for job ads, landing pages, social posts (organic/paid), video scripts, captions, and employer brand stories.
• Tailor tone and formats for specific social channels and adapt complex healthcare role requirements into relatable messaging.
• Partner with recruitment and design teams to build content calendars, run marketing campaigns, and ensure messaging alignment.
• Create or edit light visual/video assets using Canva or CapCut, ensure platform-ready formats, and assist with on-ground event coverage.
• Track social media trends and monitor healthcare market sentiment to improve campaign performance.
