Job summary

The San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Licensed Engineer to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operation of utility systems supporting plant operations. A minimum of six years in industrial utilities and energy management is required, with deep expertise in steam systems and power distribution.

Qualifications

Licensed Engineer with specialization in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or electronics.
Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial utilities and energy management.
Precision-oriented with strong risk assessment skills.
Expertise in steam systems, power distribution, and energy auditing.
Analytical with ability to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Ethical conduct and alignment with company ethics policies.
Background in manufacturing or feed milling is a plus.
Willingness to lead continuous improvement and energy conservation initiatives.
