Qualifications

• Active USRN license (any state).
• 1–2 years trainer experience in BPO/CPO settings.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• 2+ years of recent clinical/hospital experience in Orthopedics, ER, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine or Rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of Medical/Clinical Summary Writing and state-specific guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training programs for El Paso Healthcare Account.
• Deliver effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.
• Apply clinical expertise to accomplish training results.
• Write medical/clinical summaries accurately.
• Utilize State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines and Client Proprietary Guidelines.
• Make sound and concise clinical decisions.
• Manage and lead a team of trainees.
