Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a USRN Training Program Manager to support healthcare operations through clinical expertise, knowledge transfer, training development, and process improvement initiatives.

The role requires licensure as RN or MD with unrestricted practice in the Philippines and/or the US, and experience in UR/UM, medical coding, and healthcare back-office operations. A strong leadership track record is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and robust stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• > Active USRN License (Any US State License Accepted)
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine (MD) program with a current, unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or the United States
• > Experience in Utilization Review (UR) or Utilization Management (UM) or Medical Coding
• > Healthcare Back Office Operations or CPO functions
• > Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and training programs
• > Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model preferred
• > Teaching credentials or training certifications are an advantage
• > Strong clinical background in Orthopedics, ER, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, Rehabilitation
• > Demonstrated management, leadership, or supervisory skills
• > Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools
• > Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• > Flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage USRN training programs to support healthcare operations.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer activities and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Drive process improvement initiatives in UR/UM and related workflows.

About the Role

Location: Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cebu
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Must be flexible to work weekends, night shifts, and holidays as business needs require)
Work Set-up: Temporary WFH

This role is ideal for a licensed healthcare professional with a strong clinical background, leadership capabilities, and experience in utilization management and healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Active USRN License (Any US State License Accepted)

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine (MD) program with a current, unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or the United States

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Utilization Review (UR)

  • Utilization Management (UM)

  • Medical Coding

  • Healthcare Back Office Operations

  • Organizational Development

  • Other Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) functions

• Experience facilitating effective knowledge transfer and training programs

  • Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Model preferred

  • Teaching credentials or training certifications are an advantage

• Strong clinical background in any of the following specialties:

  • Orthopedics

  • Emergency Room (ER)

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  • Neurology

  • Occupational Medicine

• Demonstrated management, leadership, or supervisory skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools

• Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
