Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is hiring USRN Associates to join our healthcare operations team in BGC, Taguig. This non-voice role leverages your surgical care and case management expertise in a dynamic clinical setting, with onsite training and a transition to hybrid work.

Candidates must hold a USRN license, have at least two years of surgical or case-management experience, and be flexible for a shifting schedule including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any Mainland US State.
• At least 2 years of recent surgical experience in a hospital.
• Or 2 years of clinical case management experience with exposure to complex medical reviews, legal reviews, consult reviews.
• At least 2 years in nurse auditing, utilization review, and bill review.
• Strong clinical assessment, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-voice nursing support in surgical care and case management.

About the Role

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Must be flexible to work weekends, night shifts, and holidays as business needs require)

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) License from any Mainland US State

  • Consult reviews

• At least 2 years of experience in the daily application of:

  • Nurse Auditing

  • Utilization Review (UR)

  • Bill Review

• Strong clinical assessment, analytical, and documentation skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required by the business
