Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians in the Philippines seeks a Lead, Nurse Development to conduct clinical assessments of nurses and identify improvement areas to meet U.S. nursing standards.

The role requires an active US/ Mainland nursing license, 2+ years in medical-surgical care, and 2+ years in SME/team lead and clinical training/instruction. Attractive benefits and relocation support are offered.

Job Summary

The Lead, Nurse Development is responsible for conducting Clinical Assessments of nurses to identify areas of improvement needed to meet the standards and expectations of U.S. Nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active US Nursing License; Mainland License
• At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical or equivalent hospital/bedside experience
• At least 2 years of sme/team lead experience
• At least 2 years clinical training/instructor experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Medical/Clinical Summary Writing
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certification a plus
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine or rehabilitation useful.
