Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented USRN to join our team. This role involves reviewing patient medical records to ensure accurate, high-quality documentation that reflects the level of care provided and to support accurate coding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an active PRC and USRN license from a COMPACT STATE, and 3–5 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical areas, ICU, or ER; willingness to work in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Active PRC and USRN license from a COMPACT STATE is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical, ICU, and ER settings.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing common conditions and symptoms.
• Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig (Alliance Global Tower, Uptown Mall).

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records to ensure accurate, complete documentation reflecting level of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and coding teams to improve clinical documentation and coding accuracy.
