PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a US Registered Nurse to support clinical documentation, coding and reimbursement processes across Taguig City, Quezon City and Cebu City.

The role requires active PHRN and USRN licenses, 3+ years bedside experience (MedSurg, ICU, ED), and strong clinical judgment. You will collaborate with physicians, coders and healthcare teams to identify gaps and ensure accurate charting and compliant coding.

Qualifications

• Active PHRN and USRN license from any state.
• 3+ years of bedside experience in MedSurg, ICU, ED.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of disease processes, treatment plans, diagnostic procedures, and clinical indicators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review complex medical records and identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• The role will work closely with physicians, coders, and other healthcare professionals to identify documentation gaps, clarify clinical information, and support accurate coding and compliant reimbursement practices.
