Position Summary

• Inquiry & Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for AI inquiries, performing email triage and redirecting users to appropriate resources using standardized templates and FAQs.
• License Management: Handle manual provisioning of licences for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) and coordinate with license management teams to ensure proper utilisation.
• Compliance Tracking: Follow up on pending compliance requirements, such as attestation forms, and maintain accurate trackers for issued licences.
• Operational Support: Support the development of centralised resources like SharePoint sites and knowledge bases to standardise responses.
• Project Coordination: Monitor and report on project constraints (Time, Cost, Scope) and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Technical Support (Optional): Opportunity to support the build-out of automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate) for trial management systems.
