Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for Consulting AI inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.
• Assist Consulting practices in accessing AI governance and reporting dashboards.
• Handle high-volume requests and adapt to changing priorities.
• Monitor AI tool license utilization and consumption trends.
• Notify practices when usage exceeds allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and connect users to appropriate teams for issue resolution.
• Provide oversight and follow-up on requests and operational activities.
• Support PM with day-to-day management and project coordination.
