eClerx Philippines is seeking a Workday Payroll Expert – US Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a leading US healthcare organization. You will manage end-to-end US payroll in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires extensive hands-on Workday Payroll experience, with a focus on high-volume, multi-state payroll and year-end activities such as W-2 processing. Collaboration with HR, Finance and Benefits teams is essential for successful payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on US payroll experience.
• Extensive hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-state US payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end US payroll using Workday Payroll.
• Review inputs, earnings, deductions, taxes, adjustments and pay results.
• Run and analyze reports to validate payroll and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, audits and pre-/post-payroll validation.
• Support year-end activities including W-2 processing.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits and other stakeholders.
