Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to liaise with North America hourly production recruiters. You will screen candidates by phone, document qualifications, and schedule interviews. You’ll post requisitions, assist candidates with ATS issues, and source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.

The role requires 2–3 years in recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Night shifts Tue–Thu in Tanauan, Batangas are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Above-average English communication (written and verbal).
• Willing to work night shift (9 PM–6 AM) Tue–Thu.
• Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
• Proficient with ATS, CRMs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening of candidates by phone using standard questionnaire.
• Disposition candidates who do not meet basic requirements.
• Schedule top candidates for interviews with recruiters.
• Liaise with recruiters weekly to adjust requisitions.
• Format and post requisitions in SuccessFactors/Eightfold.
• Assist applicants with ATS passwords, offers, and related issues.
• Source candidates via external resources like LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provide recruiting support by phone screening candidates covering the basic and preferred qualifications, capturing compensation expectations, reviewing, and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications and scheduling successful candidates to the next level of interview (if needed).
• Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements
• Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into SuccessFactors/Eightfold
• Recommends top candidates and schedule them for interview (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter
• Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition
• Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in SuccessFactors/Eightfold, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met
• Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter
• Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e., Jibe, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Recruitment experience.
• Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Tuesday-Thursday.
• Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
• Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite).
• Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
