Job summary

New CAS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented tax professional to prepare and review multi-entity returns, craft planning memos, and maintain audit-ready workpapers. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with US-based teams, and help modernize compliance and advisory for small businesses and CPA firms.

You may be considered for Tax Accountant or Tax Manager roles depending on experience, with a focus on improving SOPs and calendars to ease busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of U.S. tax experience preparing and reviewing 1040/1065/1120/1120-S.
• Strong command of U.S. federal and state tax rules; proficient with GAAP/IRS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns for multiple entities (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S).
• Lead end-to-end tax intake, planning memos, and sign-offs.
• Explain complex tax topics in plain English to clients.
