New CAS LLC is seeking a tax professional to prepare and review complex U.S. returns for multi-entity clients. You will lead planning memos, document workpapers, and ensure timely sign-offs while mentoring junior staff. The role may suit Tax Accountant or Tax Manager levels, depending on experience.

You’ll collaborate with U.S.-based teams, improve SOPs, and help modernize compliance and advisory processes for small businesses and CPA firms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of U.S. tax experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S
• Strong command of U.S. federal and state tax rules; comfort with GAAP and IRS procedures
• Proficiency with tax software: ProConnect, UltraTax, Drake, Lacerte, or similar

Responsibilities

• Own tax preparation and review for multi-entity clients end-to-end
• Prepare and review 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S tax returns and related schedules
• Draft clear planning memos, workpapers, and sign-offs
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements
• Respond to notices with concise, client-friendly explanations
