Job summary

New CAS LLC is seeking experienced tax professionals to own multi-entity returns and provide actionable planning memos in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with U.S.-based teams, mentor juniors, and help modernize how CPA firms handle compliance and advisory work.

The role welcomes Tax Accountant or Tax Manager candidates with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and timely sign-offs. Base in the Philippines with US client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of U.S. tax experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns end-to-end (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S).
• Provide clear planning memos and review notes to support sign-offs.
• Mentor junior staff and help modernize compliance and advisory workflows.
