TOA Global is recruiting a US Tax Manager to lead tax operations for North American clients. This role combines strategic compliance oversight with hands-on mentorship of a tax team, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions for Individuals, S-Corporations, and Partnerships.

The candidate will drive client relationships and tax guidance, leveraging ProConnect, Canopy, QuickBooks, and other tools while navigating evolving tax regulations and deadlines with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive US tax experience and 5+ years of proven team management.
• Strong knowledge of US tax compliance and state regulations.
• Experience leading client relationships and providing tax guidance.
• Proficiency with ProConnect, Canopy, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US tax preparation for Individuals, S-Corporations, and Partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure IRS/state compliance.
• Drive process improvements using modern tax software.
