Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll services for the US region, handling end-to-end processing in compliance with established methodologies and SLA. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, regulatory alignment (taxation and legislation), systems documentation, and contributing to process improvements.

Strong English communication and experience with major payroll systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing US region payroll preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform assigned payroll activities.
• Ensure regulatory alignment for taxation and legislation.
• Manage payroll systems documentation and compliance records.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain SOP/DTP and update documentation as required.
• Perform varied tasks in line with SLAs and policies.
• Support audits and contribute to simple process improvements.
