CSV Now Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Representative to support a U.S. insurance claims account. You will handle inquiries related to damage incidents involving delivery drivers and explain the general claims process in clear terms.

This role emphasizes organized case management, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal teams. Full-time onsite in Cebu with schedule aligned to U.S. operations; no claims adjuster duties.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service for a U.S. insurance account or U.S. insurance BPO.
• Able to explain insurance processes clearly without heavy terminology.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Calm and professional when dealing with frustrated customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to vehicle, home, property, and other damage incidents involving delivery drivers.
• Explain the general insurance and claims process clearly.
• Gather required information, photos, documents, and incident details.
• Determine next steps or escalation paths per client workflow.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, drivers, compliance teams, and other departments.
• Maintain complete case records and status updates; follow up on open cases.
