Job summary

CSV Now is seeking an Insurance Customer Service / Claims Support Specialist in Cebu to help U.S. clients with property and vehicle damage inquiries. You will gather information, explain the claims process in simple terms, and keep cases organized through a defined workflow.

This onsite, full-time role requires strong English communication, empathy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to move cases forward. Previous U.S. insurance BPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a U.S. insurance account or U.S. insurance BPO.
• Explain insurance claims processes in plain language.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Calm and professional with frustrated customers.
• Highly organized with multi-case management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move cases forward.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to vehicle, home, property, and other damage involving delivery drivers.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers reporting damage or accidents.
• Explain general insurance and claims processes in clear language.
• Gather information, photos, documents, and incident details.
• Determine next steps based on established workflow and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, driver/ DSP teams, and other internal units.
• Maintain complete case records, notes, and status updates.
• Follow up on open or longer-running cases and inform customers of progress.
