Job summary

CSV Now is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with U.S. insurance claims related to vehicle, home, and property damage. Working onsite in Cebu City, you will educate customers on the insurance process, collect information, and move cases through the established workflow with professionalism and empathy.

Ideal candidates have prior experience supporting a U.S. insurance account, strong English communication, and demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple cases

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a U.S. insurance company or U.S. insurance BPO account.
• Able to explain insurance processes clearly without heavy jargon.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Calm and professional when communicating with frustrated or concerned customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to vehicle, home, property, and other damage incidents involving delivery drivers.
• Explain the general insurance and claims process in clear language.
• Gather required information, photos, documents, incident details, and other supporting information.
• Determine next steps or escalation per the client’s workflow.
