Job summary

Neolytix is seeking an HR Specialist to support US employees and contractors in a remote capacity. You will ensure US compliance, manage HRIS records, support onboarding/offboarding, and assist with time-off, benefits, and investigations across multiple time zones.

You will partner with the Head of HR to deliver accurate HR services, maintain documentation, and oversee performance management and talent initiatives within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience delivering HR services in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
• Strong record-keeping and data integrity for employee files.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for US-based employees on policies, benefits, leave, and inquiries.
• Onboard US new hires: documentation, system setup, background verification and orientation scheduling.
• Maintain employee files with compliance to US retention requirements and accurate HRIS data.
• Process employment verifications, reference checks, and offboarding activities.
• Support PMS administration: goal setting, reviews, and performance documentation.
