Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join the growing recruitment team in Quezon City. Initial 6 months onsite, transitioning to a hybrid setup, night shift, and a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for US-based roles, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring targets are met while complying with US recruitment requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, Allied Health professionals.
• Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment processes and terminology.
• Experience using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and is comfortable sourcing, screening, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities.
