Job summary

Neksjob Philippines is seeking an Insurance Policy Service Analyst to support US commercial insurance submissions, validate policy documents, and maintain submission records. You will work with underwriters and onshore teams to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in US Insurance Operations, specifically in Submissions, Policy Administration, or Underwriting Support.
• Experience processing and reviewing US commercial insurance submissions.
• Knowledge of General Commercial Liability (CGL), Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL), Architects & Engineers (A&E), and Excess Insurance is preferred.
• Experience reviewing insurance documents, policy information, and submission requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience with document filing and document management.
• Experience handling loss run requests, maintaining trackers, and following up on outstanding items.
• Experience following up on missing documents or pending information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate insurance data and documentation.
• Good MS Excel skills for trackers, data management, and reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with underwriters and onshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, Insurance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process US commercial insurance submissions based on client requirements.
• Check submission documents and policy information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Process submissions involving CGL, MPL, A&E, and Excess lines of business.
• Organize and manage insurance documents to keep submission files complete and accessible.
• Handle loss run requests, update trackers, monitor pending requests, and follow up for completion.
• Follow up with clients and relevant teams regarding missing documents and information.
• Maintain accurate submission trackers and records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and underwriters to resolve submission questions and missing information.
• Meet required quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time standards.
• Support process improvements to improve overall quality and efficiency.
