Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a recruiting owner to manage US client hiring requests from intake to onboarding. You will write postings, run final interviews, endorse candidates, and hand off to the account manager.

You'll work onsite at Cebu Business Park, night shift aligned to US business hours, coordinate with the founder and leadership, and use LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Mynimo, and monday.com to fill roles across customer service, sales, accounting, and IT.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years in a client-facing agency/RPO/BPO role.
• Proven success writing postings and keeping clients informed when candidates are short.
• Excellent written English for client emails and confident spoken English on calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake point for every client hiring request and log as a job order.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Mynimo, Facebook and our careers page, and rewrite as needed.
• Conduct final interviews and verify candidates against client specs.
• Endorse candidates to clients and coordinate offers and start dates.
• Maintain the client job order board in monday.com and provide weekly updates.
• Handle technical and IT recruiting with our technology lead.
• Leverage AI-assisted recruiting tools and sourcing techniques.

Job description

When one of our United States clients needs a new team member, they want to know who owns the request and when they will see candidates. You will be that owner. Every client hiring request comes to you. You write the posting, you run the final interviews, you endorse the candidate to the client, and you stay on it until the new team member starts. Night shift aligned to United States business hours, onsite in Cebu Business Park.

What you will own

• The single intake point for every client hiring and replacement request. You log each one as a job order and confirm the specification with the client and the account manager within one business day.
• Job postings on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Mynimo, Facebook, and our careers page, written to fill the role and rewritten based on response.
• Final interviews, verification of each shortlisted candidate against the client's specification, and the endorsement package the client sees.
• Client interviews, offers, and start dates, then the hand-off of each new team member to their account manager with a complete file.
• The client job order board in monday.com, kept current, and a weekly fill-status update to clients and leadership.
• Technical and IT recruiting with our technology lead: developers, IT support, and eCommerce specialists.
• Posting craft, sourcing, and AI-assisted recruiting tools, developed with our founder.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 2 years in a client-facing role at an agency, RPO, BPO, or outsourcing company serving United States or Australian clients.
• Job postings you wrote that filled roles, and clients you kept when they expected candidates yesterday.
• Excellent written English for client email and confident spoken English on client calls.
• Working fluency with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Mynimo, Google Workspace, and an applicant tracking system or monday.com.
• Living in Cebu and available onsite in Cebu Business Park on the night shift.

Strongly preferred

• Technical or IT recruiting experience: developers, IT support, eCommerce and marketplace specialists.
• Experience with the Australian market.
• Hands-on use of Claude or ChatGPT in recruiting work.
• Account management or sales experience.
