PSG Global Solutions Inc. is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to build data pipelines in Snowflake using dbt and to create scalable BI dashboards for a US healthcare staffing client.

You will extract, clean, and model data from CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, partnering with US Sales, Finance, and Operations to define KPIs and self-service analytics. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses, including SQL and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with dbt for data modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Advanced SQL mastery for complex queries.
• Experience building semantic layers and dashboards in modern BI tools.
• Experience modeling data from CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Strong written and verbal English communication for US stakeholders.
