Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to transform data into actionable insights using the Microsoft data stack. You will design end-to-end BI solutions with Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS, build automated ETL/ELT pipelines, and create dashboards to drive business performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on BI or Data Analytics experience.
Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server (T-SQL), Python, SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI Report Builder.
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and BI architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Design and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
Automate reporting and data processes using Python and Microsoft tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.
